This service alleviates the ‘human error’ factor of losing or misplacing keys and the inconvenience of responding to an alarm. Highland Security takes the stress out of the situation for you by responding to, and dealing with, all eventualities including delivering your key to you when you get back from holiday!
Highland Security operate in accordance with BS7984 and BS7499 standards providing 24 hour 7 days a week service. Keys are held at a secure location and only identifiable by a security code number. A database maintains up-to-date site instructions, required alarm codes and client contact numbers.
The responsibility of providing keyholding and alarm services requires a rapid, professional, and effective response. Highland Security mobile patrol units collect the keys and attend the premises within a 15-minute response time. All mobile units are tracked from our main control centre and equipped with a real-time tracking device.
Highland Security will manage all alarm activations, including accidental, providing practical support and reassurance to our clients, thus removing the associated risks and challenges of having a member of your staff acting as a keyholder.
Security personnel are fully trained to deal with all situations whether it is a false alarm or a real incident. Reports are submitted for all sites that have been entered into and checked and a copy of the report given to the client. Highland Security personnel remain on site until the property is fully secured and the risk has been expunged.
