Our mobile response vehicles are immaculately presented and clearly branded. The vehicles are highly visible, compliant, and fully equipped with communication support such as mobile phones and radios and have dedicated direct contact numbers.

All security vehicles operate on live time reporting, which translates into the monitoring of all our vehicles through tracking systems 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are able to pinpoint exactly where a vehicle is, what their reaction time is to an incident and respond immediately if back up is required.

Sites are regularly audited, and a full reporting log is completed daily for each shift. These logs are reviewed and collated and form part of a monthly report that is available for review at any time.

Our mobile response officers are uniformed, highly trained, licensed and fully vetted in accordance with BS7858 standards. Our mobile response teams conduct regular patrols and respond to any call within the defined territory within 15 minutes of receipt of the call.

The patrol covers internal and external inspections and is backed by our control room which is staffed 24/7.
